  Nice hotel in a hiking area. Only 2 hotels on a crossroad, it is not a village. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is good. Enough parking space. There are rooms under the roof which are small, not like the pictures on the internet. There is an area with couches and sofas where you can relax, read a book, play a game and make some (free) tea. The pool is way smaller than it seems like on the pictures. Overall good experience mainly because of the friendly staff.

  The location is the best. Just 5 min walk uphill for a view of the sun setting behind Tenerife. Unforgettable.

  Internet bandwidth was problematic. The owner is very helpful. Our room was at the lower end of what I consider acceptable. Overall decent value for money.

  If you're looking for 5 star accommodations this is not your hotel. The rooms are adapted in a big house. Showering was not so comfortable. But we still felt at home.

  The couple who owns the place is absolutely lovely (as are most locals in Tejeda). We spent a lot of time chatting with them.
